Requests at the event/on site
If you feel ill on site, please promptly speak to the event staff nearby.
The event staff may call out to people with the perspective of preventing infection and from preventing danger. Please follow the event staff's instructions both in and outside the event site. If you do not follow the instructions, you may be asked to leave the premises. In such case, ticket fees will not be refundable.
Eating and drinking on site
Please refrain from excessive alcohol drinking and drink in moderation.
Regarding Tickets
Ticket stubs and wristbands will be exchanged at the built-in gate at the west entrance. Please ensure to wear your wristband at the entrance of the outdoor theater. If you lose your wristband, you will not be able to enter or exit the outdoor theater freely and will be required to purchase another ticket.
Wristbands exchanged for 2 day passes will be used throughout the 2 days. Please do not remove the wristband after the 1st day and keep it to enter for the 2nd day.
Children of junior high school age and under are admitted free of charge, provided that they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Baby strollers are only permitted at the rear of the site.
This event will be held whether rain or shine (except for rainstorms and natural disasters). In the event of unavoidable cancellation or postponements due to rainstorms, natural disasters, etc., we will announce refund methods and details through our official website at a later date, therefore please keep your tickets.
The schedule and/or cancellation of performers due to unforeseen circumstances are subject to change.
No compensation will be provided for travel expenses to the event (including cancellation fees) in the event of cancellation or postponement of the performances.
Once tickets are purchased, they will be non-refundable/non-returnable for any case due to personal reasons or change of performers.
Regarding Access
Without the CIRCLE exclusive parking pass, you will not be able to use the parking lot. Please use public transportation or the shuttle bus.
The park’s public parking lot closes at 5:30pm, which is the time the park closes. Leaving your car overnight is prohibited.

Please refrain from illegal parking and any activities that may cause inconvenience to the neighboring residents.
For those coming by bicycle, please leave it at the west exit gate.
Riding bicycles (including pushing and walking with it) is prohibited in the park except on the bicycle paths. There is no cycling course in the park to the CIRCLE site.
Onsite Precautions
Please note that photos of the event including guests maybe shown to the public.
Recording, filming, and photos of the performers by camera, phones and/or any recording device is not permitted.
Drones may not be brought into or used at the park.
The audience area is a gently sloping lawn.
There are areas for standing, leisure sheets, and tarps in the audience area.
Tents, tarps, leisure sheets, outdoor chairs etc., may be brought in, however please use them within the designated area. Please limit the use of each tent or tarp to a space equivalent to 2m x 2m. Space is limited in the designated area, therefore please be considerate of others around you.
Barbecue sets, large cooler cases, bottles, cans, fireworks, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
All visitors including 2 day pass holders will be asked to leave the park after the end of the 1st day. Also, all luggage including tents and tarps will be removed from site, therefore please ensure to take them with you.
Pets are not permitted on site (excluding service dogs).
Please take care of your belongings and valuables by yourself as we cannot keep your luggage on site.
The Event Organizer and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or theft that may occur inside/outside or on the way to the event site.
In the event of sudden illness or injury onsite, first aid will be provided, however please note that we will not be held responsible for any subsequent injuries.
In the event of an accident or injury to a third party, the problem must be resolved between the parties involved. The Event Organizer and performers will not be involved in any discussions nor problem solving measures regarding disputes amongst visitors.
Umbrellas (parasols) are not permitted onsite. Please bring a hat, sunscreen, towel etc.
In case of rain, please bring your own raincoat etc.
Sudden weather changes are also expected, therefore we recommend that you bring warm clothing.
When smoking, please be respectful and use the smoking area.
Please note that alcohol will not be sold to minors.
Please separate garbage prior to disposal in the trash cans. Please take your garbage home as much as possible.
The event site is a national park. Please do not take any action that would damage the plants or facility.
